Period Underwear Organic Cotton

These period undies will be made with Organic cotton spandex ( 95% organic cotton 5% spandex).

These underwear will be made with Organic fibers, either euro knit organic cotton, or usa grown and knitted organic cotton. Choosing Organic cotton is not only more sustainable, But due to the organic farming practices, certification costs, manual labor cost in picking the cotton it comes at a higher price tag than non organic. 

The underwear themselves will be organic cotton spandex. The pad construction will consist of a topper of your choice ( organic cotton spandex jersey or french terry, organic bamboo velour),  the absorbent core will be bamboo hemp stretch fleece or organic hemp organic cotton stretch fleece, and the waterproof backer to the pad will be a hidden layer of softshell fleece. (Since softshell fleece is polyester based,  you can opt out of the softshell fleece. This will create a more natural fiber period underwear but will not include a waterproof backing to the pad, only absorbent layers)

Fabric Choice:

Print: I Will show you what prints that are available to purchase or I have on hand. These will vary.

Solid: These will be a solid color ( excluding natural). 

Hand dyed: These will be dyed on Natural Organic cotton spandex jersey. You Will be able to pick the colorway.

Natural: These will be on a natural fiber color ( not dyed white).

Measurement Guide
The measurement guide below lists exact measurements.  For this pattern we are using HIGH HIP to choose the appropriate size. If you have an apron belly, there are two options: if you want them to sit below your belly, measure under the apron; if you want them to be high waisted, measure your high hip including your belly. If you measure in to half inches - choose the size down.
